At Delta Team 3, we expect all members to read and sign to show that they agree to the rules that are outlined by the site. Although we are a friendly airsoft team, if a player breaches one of our rules, they will be warned, and could possibly lead to being banned from our site. We would rather this didn’t happen, so please obey the rules!
At Delta Team 3,
we take pride
in having members
who abide by the
rules.
However, if
you are unsure
about any of our rules, please ask us on the day and we’ll
clarify any issues that you may have.
There are first aid personnel on site at all times, who will be pointed out to you during the brief at the start of the day. If you need the attention of a first aider then make the staff aware. This can be done by shouting “Cease Fire” and calling for First Aid, as loud as you can.
Sometimes the airsoft site can be quite boggy, on occasions when during the few days running up to the event, it is quite wet and so therefore extra care may need to be taken. The site will be checked before playing on.
During the brief, you will be told of any particularly hazardous areas, and any dangers to look out for.
At Delta Team 3, we have attempted to cater for everyone. Our FPS limits are firm, but they are also very fair. They should allow players from all over the country to play without much trouble. Contact us if you have an issue though. Anyone wishing to use a Semi Automatic locked or Single Action/ Spring Weapon firing more than 357fps must possess a functioning sidearm which is to be used within the M.E.R.s, see below. This can be a £10 springer!
Any Fully Automatic Capable Weapons:
<350fps>
The bang rule must be used at less than 10ft. Semi Automatic to be used between 10ft & 30ft.
Any Semi Automatic Locked* Weapons:
<425fps>
45ft (15m) Minimum Engagement Range.
Any Spring powered/ Single Action Weapons:
<500fps>
75ft (25m) Minimum Engagement Range.
* Weapon must be mechanically or electrically locked, no Fully Automatic function.
• Keep your equipment as tidy as possible to prevent trips and damage to players and equipment.
• The security of your equipment and personal belongings remains your responsibility. The site accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of any kind to personal property.
• Do not put the magazine into any gun inside the safe-zone, regardless of safety catch.
• Do not test fire guns inside the safe-zone or car park even if you are sure the area is clear. Be sure to se designated areas outside of the safe zone only).
• Site approved eye protection must be worn when leaving the safe zone. Eye protection is available on request and is compulsory if your equipment is not sufficient.
• We reserve the right to prohibit the use of any form of eye protection the site management feel does not gives sufficient protection.
• Only insert magazines into your weapons when you have exited the safe zone.
• Eye protection must be worn at all times as described above. If you need to fix your glasses or air them, you must return to the safe zone.
• In the event that you lose your eye protection you must call yourself hit and out of any game that may be playing, or you can shout “cease fire”. The marshalls will stop the game if necessary whilst you replace your eye protection.
• A "cease fire" can be called by anyone if there are problems on-site, however the game can only be restarted by a marshall. In the event of this, place your weapon in a relaxed position pointing in a safe direction, and engage the safety catch. It would also be an idea to remove your magazine.
• If a marshall calls "cease fire" or a three whistle blast is sounded, all players must cease fire immediately regardless of your position/situation; do not move until the game is restarted.
• One whistle blast, a round fired from a blank firer, or shouting "Game on" will restart the game as soon as it is safe to do so, which is only to be done by a marshall.
• Marshall's directions must be followed at all times, straight away, and without argument.
• Marshall's are there to ensure player safety and honest game-play. Any player arguing with a marshalls over issues in the game area will be ejected from the game and further action may be taken.
• For the safety of others on site head shots are not acceptable, although from time to time accidental hits to the head may occur. If anyone is found constantly aiming at the head, they will be ejected from the game; the only exception to this is if the only part visible is the head and the player is at a safe distance for the power of your weapon.
• Only approved pyrotechnics which have been agreed with the boss, Alan, are to be used on site, after you have read the pyro safety card, which can be found by clicking here.
• We allow the use of all Enola Gaye and TLSFX pyrotechnics. We also allow the use of CO2 powered grenades and land mines, etc, as well as Blank Firing Grenades (BFGs) - up to 12 Gauge.
• Remove the magazine from your gun, fire a couple of shots into a safe direction to clear the chamber and engage the weapons safety catch before entering the safe area.
• Players entering the safe zone with magazines in their guns are putting other people at potential harm and will be given one warning only.
• Only remove your eye protection after entering the safe-zone.
• We allow the use of all Enola Gaye and TLSFX pyrotechnics. We also allow the use of CO2 powered grenades and land mines, etc, as well as Blank Firing Grenades (BFGs) - up to 12 Gauge.
• Cheating.
• Cheat - calling. If there is an issue with another player, inform a marshall so they can investigate.
• Arguing with a marshall or other member of staff.
• We will not tolerate blind firing of any nature. If you cannot see the muzzle (front of barrel) of your weapon, and/ or cannot see where your rounds will be going, you are blind firing. This is not acceptable as it is dangerous.
• It is not acceptable to shoot at other targets and scenery or take pot shots, or fire at anyone whilst moving to and from scenarios.
• There is no rule governing what gas can be used in weapons. Propane is allowed.
• If you have a weapon with an adjustable FPS system, such as an NPAS, it must be setup for the day’s use before chronoing.
• The weapons you are using may simply be toys, but we are a professional airsoft team which expects players to treat these like the real thing. If you can keep your barrel out of the mud, that’s a bonus!
• Make sure you take on plenty of fluids. Airsoft can be an exhaustive sport, especially in warmer weather.
• We play a game of honour, so play fair, respect other players and take your hits...
...but most of all, have a great day. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
Any weapon may be subject to random, on site spot checks.
